What Happens Next

From submission to executed contract in four steps.

  1. Acknowledgment

    Within two business days of submission, our operations team acknowledges receipt and schedules a brief clarifying call with the client contact person. Purpose: verify scope perimeter, regulatory footprint, and any constraints not captured in the intake form.

  2. Scoping Call

    A 20 to 30 minute call to align on deliverables, timeline, and any site-specific factors that affect quotation. For multi-pillar programs, we walk through the coordination model under the Client Master Services Agreement framework.

  3. Formal Quotation

    Within five to ten business days, GSSC issues a scope-specific quotation on official letterhead: Non-VAT under Section 116 NIRC, 30-day validity, line-item scope, delivery timeline, warranty terms, and payment structure per tier. Amendments accommodated within the validity window.

  4. NTP and CMSA Execution

    Client countersignature triggers execution. First engagement: CMSA is executed alongside the initial Notice to Proceed. Subsequent scopes attach via short Purchase Orders, NTPs, or Statements of Work that reference the master. Delivery begins per the quoted timeline.
