GSSC operates under a strict client-facing discretion posture. The case notes below anonymize clients by industry descriptor and location tier; supplier identities, program values, and commercial economics are excluded from all client-facing materials by policy. Named references, contract copies, site visits, and supplier verification are available under mutual non-disclosure to qualified inquirers. What follows is the shape of the work — scope, regulatory framework, delivery structure, warranty posture — not the price.

Iloilo City · Beverage-Grade Water Filtration Program

Scope 9 service points, F&B beverage grade
Delivery 45 days from acceptance
Warranty 30-day workmanship · equipment per manufacturer

A single-scope water treatment program covering nine (9) beverage service points across the property — three ice makers, three coffee machines, and three portable ice machines. Each service point received a matched treatment train engineered to beverage grade: multi-stage sediment filtration, activated carbon polishing for taste and odor, ion-exchange treatment, terminating at ultraviolet sterilization with integrated automatic voltage regulation to protect the treatment train from power fluctuation.

The program consolidated what would otherwise have been three parallel service arrangements — one per equipment class, each with its own documentation, testing cadence, and warranty conditions — into one single-signatory engagement. The client received one point of accountability across all nine service points, one warranty stream to reference in the compliance file, and one operational partner for laboratory verification cycles.

Three coordinated tier options were offered — Essential Value, Premium, and Full Coverage — giving the client control over the coverage envelope and warranty posture without renegotiating the underlying scope. Delivery followed a client-side acceptance signal.

Regulatory framework RA 9275 Philippine Clean Water Act · DOH Administrative Order No. 2017-0010 (Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water) · FDA compliance for beverage service · Workmanship warranty 30 days from turnover; equipment warranty per manufacturer terms.

Iloilo City · Motorized Roll-Up Door Program · Back-of-House Service Zone

Scope 3 doors, aggregate 84.55 sqm opening
Program structure Turnkey supply, fabrication, install, commission
Warranty Drive-unit warranty distinct from installation

Three (3) galvalume motorized roll-up doors covering an aggregate opening area of 84.55 square metres at the back-of-house service zone. Door No. 2 included an integrated wicket (personnel) door engineered to permit daily pedestrian access without opening the full roll-up assembly — a design choice that keeps thermal loading, security posture, and operating cost aligned with hospitality-grade back-of-house standards.

The engagement was delivered under a single vendor-accountable contract covering supply, fabrication, drive-unit installation, and commissioning, sequenced against a field-measurement survey and coordinated with the client’s engineering team. Three coordinated tier options — Essential, Signature, and Premium — were offered so the client could select the coverage envelope aligned with its operating cadence.

Warranty was structured to separate drive-unit and controller coverage from installation coverage — a distinction that matters when a hospitality property’s service intensity places different cycling demands on mechanical assemblies versus structural installation.

Program framework Hospitality-grade galvalume specification · Single vendor accountability across supply, fabrication, and installation · Wicket door integration on Door No. 2 for daily pedestrian access · Warranty differentiated between drive-unit / controller and installation.

Iloilo City · Tempered Glass Main Entrance Program

Scope 12mm clear tempered · 6.00 sqm glass area
Opening 2.50m × 2.40m · double-swing
Program structure Turnkey supply, fabrication, install, commission

A single-scope program for the property’s main guest entrance. Specification: 12mm clear tempered glass double-swing door with two fixed sidelights and a fixed transom, engineered around an overall opening of approximately 2.50 metres wide by 2.40 metres tall — a glass area of six (6.00) square metres.

Hardware was specified to hospitality service intensity: patch fittings top and bottom, concealed floor closers on both swing leaves, a patch lock, and a central stainless-steel H-type pull handle assembly. The specification supports quiet aesthetic presence at the entrance while meeting daily guest-traffic durability, and the concealed-closer discipline preserves the visual language of a premium hospitality entrance.

Delivery was staged from a site survey through fabrication and installation with the client’s engineering team — sequenced to avoid rework and to preserve the entrance’s service intensity through the installation window.

Program framework Hospitality-grade patch-fitting hardware · Concealed floor closer on both swing leaves · Site-survey-first sequencing to avoid rework · Warranty differentiated between glass panels and hardware assemblies.

Iloilo City · Sampaguita Planter Program · Mandurriao Plaza Civic Installation

Scope Fabricated planter set · 5 petals per set
Placement CENRO-recommended zone · 48-hour cure window
Ceremonial date Monday, 22 June 2026 · 4:00 PM

A fabricated planter set — five petals per set — produced for civic installation at Mandurriao Plaza, Iloilo City, in support of the client’s civic engagement with the Office of the City Mayor of Iloilo City and the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO). Placement zone was CENRO-recommended, with the installation observing a forty-eight (48) hour undisturbed curing window prior to ceremonial handling.

The Sampaguita Planting Activity was held on Monday, 22 June 2026 at 4:00 PM, marking the client’s participation in the city’s civic programme. GSSC coordinated fabrication, transport, deployment, and cure schedule against the ceremonial date — a fixed-window delivery discipline familiar to civic partnership work.

The engagement was closed as a full and final billing on completion, with retention-of-title terms preserving the client’s interest until settlement per the Civil Code.

Program framework CENRO placement guidance · Civic partnership with the Office of the City Mayor of Iloilo City · Fixed ceremonial-date delivery sequencing · Retention of title until settlement per Article 2208 of the Civil Code.

Iloilo City · Organic Waste Diversion Program · 12-Month Managed

Scope Managed diversion · F&B and BOH streams
Program structure 12-month term · auto-renewal · monthly arrears
Documentation cadence Monthly manifest · quarterly Certificate of Diversion

A managed single-vendor program covering the property’s organic waste stream from Food & Beverage and back-of-house operations. The program was structured around four operating pillars: collection and transport, certified processing pathway, RA 9003 compliance documentation, and ESG reporting.

Compliance documentation includes a monthly consolidated waste manifest and a quarterly Certificate of Diversion supporting BPLO renewal and LGU inspection. GSSC provides DENR / EMB / LGU liaison for inspections and permit-related queries under the same contract, transferring the producer-side coordination burden off the client’s operations team.

ESG reporting includes a monthly diversion tonnage report with a CO₂e-equivalent landfill-avoidance figure and an annual co-branded sustainability certificate. Contract term: twelve (12) months with auto-renewal, invoiced monthly in arrears against weigh slips.

Regulatory framework RA 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act) · RA 11898 (Extended Producer Responsibility Act) · BPLO diversion documentation · DENR / EMB / LGU liaison · ESG reporting with CO₂e-equivalent landfill avoidance.

International Hospitality Client · F&B Venue

Iloilo City · Bar Counter Renovation · Commercial Swing Door

Scope 0.87m commercial swing door + counter integration
Program structure Bundled turnkey · single lump-sum
Trades bundled Demo · carpentry · hardware · minor electrical · cleanup

Fabrication and installation of a 0.87-metre commercial swing door at an F&B venue’s bar counter, replacing an existing fixed counter section to improve staff access and service flow. The engagement was scoped as one bundled turnkey program covering demolition, structural carpentry, swing door fabrication and installation, commercial-grade hardware and door closer, laminate finish-matching to the existing bar, minor electrical adjustment, and full site cleanup.

The engagement was engineered around the venue’s operational reality: preserving the existing finish and aesthetic while introducing a functional commercial swing door aligned to shift-level service intensity. The client’s stated priorities were a single lump-sum invoice, single point of accountability across trades, and finish-matched delivery that would not signal renovation activity to guests.

Delivery followed a site coordination pass with the client’s engineering and F&B teams to sequence the trades and preserve the venue’s service intensity through the installation window.

Program framework Single contract across all trades · Laminate finish-matched to existing bar · Coordinated with F&B service schedule to preserve venue operations · Commercial-grade door closer and hardware.

Iloilo City · Storage Room Fit-Out with HVAC Coordination

Scope F&B 49.26 sqm + Culinary 45.98 sqm BOH
HVAC 5 units, 1.5HP class (2.5HP upgrade optional)
Delivery 30 working days · on-site foreman throughout

A storage room fit-out engagement covering back-of-house zones for Food & Beverages (49.26 sqm) and Culinary operations (45.98 sqm). The scope included five (5) HVAC units at 1.5HP class per the client’s material list, with GSSC engineering flagging 2.5HP as the optimal capacity for the larger zones and offering capacity-upgrade pricing on request — a coordination courtesy that lets the client make the trade-off knowingly rather than discover it after commissioning.

Coordination discipline was structured around three anchors. First: a dedicated GSSC project foreman on-site across the entire 30-working-day project duration, with daily progress reports issued to the client’s nominated contact. Second: a formal site survey by the engineering lead within five (5) working days of PO receipt, covering electrical panel capacity, freight elevator dimensions, sprinkler head positions, and floor drain locations. Third: coordination with the client’s engineering team on door swing directions to ensure egress compliance under the Philippine Fire Code.

Building permit coordination with Iloilo City Engineering Office was offered as an inclusive line item if the client’s umbrella permit did not cover the interior fit-out.

Regulatory framework Philippine Fire Code Section 10.2.1 egress compliance · Iloilo City Engineering Office building permit coordination on request · On-site foreman for full project duration · Site survey within 5 working days of PO.
